The Women in Trucking Association is a non-profit organization focused on encouraging the employment of women in the trucking industry, promote their accomplishments and minimize obstacles faced by women working in the trucking industry. At SRP, we actively search and hire women who desire a career in the trucking industry and are proud Corporate Member of Women in Trucking Association (WIT).
Together with WIT, we educate and raise awareness on women’s issues, promote career opportunities and encourage gender diversity, and improve working conditions for women in transportation. As members of WIT, SRP has access to continued education opportunities, such as webinars, certification and the WIT Accelerate! Conference & Expo. In addition, we have access to workplace tools, research and peer networking to help support women in the field.
