There's no better time than the summer to appreciate our favorite fashion accessories while spreading awareness about the importance of protecting your eyes from the sun. Everyone at our SRP Companies is serious about providing the best affordable sunglasses to help keep your eyes healthy and looking cool!   It's easy to think you don't need to wear sunglasses when it's cloudy or during the winter, sunglasses are an important way to protect your eyes all year long. Thanks to years of research and study, we know the dangers of UV radiation when it comes to sunburns and skin cancer, but these same wavelengths can be very harmful to your eyes as well. When unfiltered, the sun's UV rays can quickly cause swelling, redness, and hypersensitivity in your eyes. Years of unfiltered exposure can lead to cancer, or accelerate conditions like cataracts and macular degeneration. Wearing UV-blocking sunglasses can help filter these dangerous rays and keep your eyes happy and healthy, no matter how sunny, cloudy, or season it is.    So join us in celebrating National Sunglasses Day, not only as a way to show off your favorite shades, but to help spread awareness about the dangers of UV radiation and how sunglasses can help protect you!   Best way to spread the word is through social media! Follow us on [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/pugsgear/), [Twitter](https://twitter.com/pugsinc), and [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/pugsgear/), and tag us in your sunglasses pictures with #NationalSunglassesDay.
